Cristina Duffy When I was little we would pick up fast food chicken nuggets and I always asked for tons of honey mustard sauce. I really enjoy sweet and sour flavors and the taste of this dressing is irresistible. I also like this sauce with the chicken colombinas served at children’s parties; small, golden brown thighs that pair perfectly with this sauce. This time I’m presenting it with juicy salmon fillets that can be served with your favorite vegetables and a bit of rice. This recipe is perfect for everyone to admire your culinary skills.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions

    Heat the oven using the broiler setting.

    Lightly grease a baking dish and set the salmon fillets in it.

    Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix the mustard, honey and sugar in a bowl.

    Cover the surface of each fillet in the sauce.

    Bake the fish for about 10 minutes; be sure it’s cooked thoroughly, but still juicy.
