The cool weather is finally rolling in. During this time I really enjoy a warm and toasty herbal tea in the evenings while going over the day's activities. I absolutely love coffee, but sometimes I prefer to avoid the caffeine to help me sleep better at night. With all the hustle and bustle throughout the day, when it comes to my quiet time I want to enjoy something that will help me relax. I have been trying teas of all kinds and lavender tea just seems to hit the spot. Lavender has many benefits, but what really drew me to try this one is that it promotes relaxation and helps with digestion. Besides, it's actually pretty good! So a cup of lavender tea after dinner or right before going to bed seems to be perfect for me.
