All you have to do is turn to your pantry to create an easy breakfast the entire family will enjoy. This overnight muesli begins with a base of oatmeal, yogurt, apples and milk. Refrigerate for 8 hours overnight and serve with optional mix-ins.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oatmeal (not the instant variety)
  • 1 cup apple, diced and peeled
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

    Spoon into individual bowls, adding more milk if needed. Serve.
