Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of chicken breast strips
  • 1 package (24 ozs) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower & cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of canola oil
  • 1 (15 ozs) jar of Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Season the chicken breast strips with salt and pepper, leave in plastic bags and place in the fridge until ready to use.

    Defrost the vegetables to room temperature, but leave in the package until ready to use.

    Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook on both sides until they're no longer pink. Don't let them overcook.

    Add the vegetables and sauté together for about 5 more minutes. Add the Alfredo sauce. Once it’s hot, remove it from the saucepan and serve over pasta or rice.

Expert Tips

    You can use 2 tablespoons of teriyaki instead of the Alfredo sauce.

    You can also add onions or garlic when you're ready to sauté the veggies.
