They are also the perfect addition to steak, fried fish or grilled chicken, completely transforming the dish by giving it life and a special touch. But the benefits of this fantastic secret don’t end there. How about a teaspoon of red pepper butter over sautéed veggies? Or topping off a plate of cheesy raviolis with beet butter? Ingredients

Beet Butter:

  • 1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup of cooked beets
  • Salt and pepper

Cilantro Butter:

  • 1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cups of cilantro (no stems)
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • Salt and pepper

Red Pepper Butter:

  • 1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of red peppers, grilled
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

    Put all the ingredients for one type of butter in a food processor or blender. Blend until reaching your preferred texture. You can leave it with chunks of veggies or completely creamy.

    Pour the different butters into individual containers and serve.

    If you wrap each flavor in parchment paper, seal well and store in plastic bags in the freezer, you can use them for up to 3 months. To use just cut slices and let reach room temperature.
